Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are preferred for primary care. For urgent issues, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours.
What are your hours?
Monday through Thursday and Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Fridays.
Where are you located?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and cash. You can also pay via the patient portal.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Our paediatrics department handles vaccinations, sick visits, and developmental check-ups for children of all ages.
What should I bring to my visit?
Valid photo ID, any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and insurance card if applicable.
Do you have a pharmacy on site?
Yes. You can fill your prescription before you leave the clinic.
How do I access my lab results?
Results are available through the patient portal once processed.
Is this an emergency room?
No. Clinic Plus Urgent Care treats non-life-threatening conditions. For emergencies, call 999 or go to your nearest hospital.
